Static Pattern Overlay & filigree

geometryPhase 3

Description

Uniform or random surfaces taking on a clearly visible pattern — arabesques, hieroglyphs, plants, animals and faces — plus spirals, ornamentation and filigree that decorate hyperspace 'as if being designed in real-time.' (Several of the finer lexicon names here are idiosyncratic community coinages.)

Further notes from the corpus

Augment: the DMT-Nexus lexicon specifies SPO surfaces as 'arabesques, hieroglyphs, or faces' that are 'extremely convincing and nearly indistinguishable from consensus reality,' and names the ornamental filigree 'Schnörkel' — spirals and ornamentation 'being designed and redesigned in realtime' rather than static.

What the sources say

'Static Pattern Overlay' — surfaces taking on arabesques/hieroglyphs/faces; 'Schnörkel' filigree decorating hyperspace in real-time.
SPO = surfaces of 'arabesques, hieroglyphs, or faces,' 'extremely convincing'; 'Schnörkel' = 'spirals, ornamentations, and filigree' continuously 'designed and redesigned in realtime.'
'Filigree' and 'fretwork' are named variants of the lattice form constant — the classical root of the filigree overlay.
