The studies index aggregates PubMed, Europe PMC, and OpenAlex; trials come from ClinicalTrials.gov; patents from PatentsView and Google Patents. Records are deduplicated and topic-filtered. It is a bibliographic archive — abstracts and metadata only, never a guide to obtaining, making, or taking anything.
